We have another property available in the Plano area.

It’s a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 living area, 2 car garage with a theater room beautiful property in Plano with a huge yard. Over 3600 sq ft home.

On Collin CAD, the property is appraised @ $270K, but the market value is about $310-335K.

It’s beautiful and ready to go, except for about $8-10 k in work – some carpet and tile to be replaced.

Asking $218.5k.

This site has nothing to do with paying for a list. We have been using some of our sister sites lately to post houses too, but we are about to ramp up and start using this site again for posting houses that we have for sale on.

We you will find is houses that we have for sale ourselves. Generally they will be houses that we are running a Round Robin auction format on. So, that means that they are for sale by owners that are being sold to the highest bidder at the end of the open house (or weekend).
