How?
We will open The house up for inspection on Saturday & Sunday 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Those who come to the inspection are welcome to leave their bids, of any amount, before 5 p.m. Sunday evening.
After 6 p.m. on Sunday, the Round Robin bidding will begin.
The Best Bidder Sale is not silent, so phone calls will be made to each bidder, and each will be given the opportunity to top the highest bid.
Unlike a traditional “Auction”, the Bidders are seated comfortably in their homes and are not under pressure to bid.
Return calls will be made until only one “Highest & Best Bidder” remains. Once the bidding has stopped, the home will be awarded, deposit will be required and a purchase agreement will be executed by the following Monday.
The process of “closing” is exactly the same as if it were a conventional transaction. If the winning bidder is unable to complete the process, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
